Hue

Hue is charming with combination of the new and the old. The Perfume River bisects the city into the northern and southern parts. To the north is the ancient citadel surrounded by moats which was home to the royal court of Vietnam in the 19th century. From the riverside, the citadel boasts its grandeur with the mossy walls and the colossal flag tower.

Ninh Binh

Ninh Binh is deep in the Red River Delta and characterized by lotus flower lakes, towering limestone mountains, vast rice paddies and evergreen untouched forests. Hoa Lu a district of Ninh Binh was the capital city of Vietnam in the 10th century A.D. Cuc Phuong National Park of Ninh Binh is among the best preserved national parks in Vietnam and was the starting point of the legendary Ho Chi Minh Trails in the War.

Bac Ninh

 Bac Ninh is the smallest province in Vietnam in both area and population. The province is only 30km north of Ha Noi and home to much of the old culture of Vietnam such as Quan Ho Quan Ho folk songs, the unique costumes called Ao Tu Than or Ao The Khan Xep (Long dress with long pants and a head-dress) for men and girls.

Ha Giang

Ha Giang is located top-north of Vietnam. The area is charactized by fabled limestone highlands with karst formations and colorful untouched ethnic minorities. Ha Giang is much shrouded in legend and is not touched by tourism.
