Itinerary
Day 1 ( Friday ) Ha Noi – Ha Giang (B/L) 08:00 A.M Departing Hanoi, we'll travel our way north-ward to Ha Giang. The road is in good conditions and the journey offers spectacular scenes of Vietnam's northern mountains. We arrive at Tuyen Quang in time for lunch and a brief break.
In the afternoon, continue our trip through more hilly areas of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang. We'll have stops along the way for taking photos and for taking in the fresh air of the mountains. Arriving at Ha Giang Town in late afternoon, check into the hotel and have time for refreshment.

Day 2 ( Saturday) Ha Giang – Meo Vac – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Dong Van (B/L) 08:30 A.M After breakfast at a local restaurant, we'll leave Ha Giang Town. From Ha Giang to Dong Van, the road gets smaller and steeper, the air gets fresher and the scene is just unreal! We'll stop at
Quan Ba Gateway to Heaven and other places ensure you have the full photo collection of this fabled world.
Lunch at Yen Minh.
From Yen Minh to Meo Vac, road gets steeper and the mountains show a single color of black rocks. At Meo Vac, we'll have some time walking around the town and get to know the daily life of the communities here by visiting a H'mong Village. Then continue our adventure over the challenging Ma Pi Leng Pass into the fabled world of Dong Van. We'll need a couple of hours at Ma Pi Leng to get your camera stuffed with the sublime and unrivaled beauty of the pass before rolling our way down hill to Dong Van Town. Arriving at Dong Van in late afternoon, have free time for the remainder of the day.

Day 3 ( Sunday) Dong Van Market/Dong Van – Lung Cu – Vuong Family's Residence – Ha Giang (B/L) Get up early in the morning to try the hot local coffee and breakfast and tune in the colorful weekend
market of Dong Van. The market gathering is only once a week and the ethnic groups from the surrounding mountains have to get up from early in the morning and travel to town by horse or on foot. Today, boys and girls are well dressed and they go to the market not only for bartering, but also for finding friends, meeting with buddies and for drinking! The goods at Dong Van market include a variety of produce that the local get from their farms, from the mountains and from the forests.
09:30 A.M local people are about to leave the market and travel back home, we'll get back to our hotel to check out and leave Dong Van for Lung Cu. The road from Dong Van Town to Lung Cu offers unreal world of the rocks and we'll have to stop many times to take in the landscape with our camera. Leaving Lung Cu, we'll travel further to Sa Phin where the grandeur of the former residence of the Vuong Family is located. The Vuong Family was considered the “King of the H'mong People” in Dong Van and the building once home to their family was built with slabs of rock only. We'll have late lunch at Yen Minh and descend our way back to Ha Giang. Arrive at Ha Giang in late afternoon and have free time at leisure.

Day 4 ( Monday) Ha Giang – Hoang Su Phi – Xin Man – Hoang Su Phi (B/L) 08:00 A.M We leave our hotel and continue our adventure into the splendid world of Hoang Su Phi and Xin Man. The area is home to the imposing mountain range of Tay Con Linh (over 2000 m above sea level), to the huge stretch of evergreen forests, to the mesmerizing rice terraces and to the ethnic communities whose life has been as traditional as ever...We'll have plenty opportunities to stop for photos and for visiting the local communities. Arrive back at Hoang Su Phi in late afternoon.

Day 5 ( Tuesday) Hoang Su Phi – Bac Quang – Tuyen Quang – Ha Noi (B/L) 08:30 A.M Have breakfast and have some time enjoying the tranquility of Hoang Su Phi with the cloud-covered rice terraces and the houses of the ethnic people in the mist, then have a full day trip back to Hanoi.
